- 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
- Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend will incur a cancellation fee, typically equal to 100% of the service cost, depending on the nature of the appointment.
- Rescheduling: To avoid cancellation charges, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.
Refund Policy:
- Prepaid Appointments: If you have prepaid for your appointment and cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- Emergency Situations: Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us to discuss any special situations.
